What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how you use it.

Website preferences

We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under cookie_consent. This remembers whether you have seen our analytics notice and whether you have turned analytics off. It is not a cookie and has no automatic expiry; you can change it using “Analytics preferences” in the footer or clear it in your browser settings.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, only to improve this website, to understand visits, popular pages and broad information such as device type and country. Vercel does not use analytics cookies for this service. Its visitor identifier is based on a request hash and the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours; this is not a claim that all aggregate statistics are deleted after 24 hours.

Our integration only sends page-view events for the public website. It removes query strings and fragments from the page URL and does not send enquiry form contents or financial details as custom events. We rely on the statistical purposes exception in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, so we do not ask for consent first. You can object at any time, free of charge, by selecting “Turn off” in the analytics notice or “Analytics preferences” in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an objection. Turning analytics off does not affect your use of the website or contacting us.

Contact forms and other services

Our enquiry form uses Formspree to process the information you submit. This is separate from optional website analytics. See our privacy policy for how we handle enquiries.

Changing your choice

Select “Analytics preferences” in the footer to turn analytics off or back on. Turning it off stops future events from our analytics integration. You can also clear locally stored preferences through your browser settings.
